SMU Emerging Markets emerges 2nd runners-up at the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies Business Model Competition 2018

 

Team PTS comprising of SMU Emerging Market members Thaddeus Yeo, Ng Shi Min and Nghia Phan emerged 2nd runners-up at the 2018 NTU-SBF Africa Business Model Competition Finals held on 13th October 2018.

 

With its vast population and untapped natural resources, many investors are looking to Africa as the next investment destination. The team produced a business plan to unroll an agri e-commerce marketplace in Nigeria and pitched to a panel of industry experts in the finals.
