President
Sia Kuang Hong
Kuang Hong is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc) and a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at Singapore Management University. He is a recipient of the Lee Kong Chian Scholars' Programme and was placed on the Dean's List for AY 2020/21. Over summer 2021, Kuang Hong will be taking part in Project Grasya, an overseas community service project in the Philippines. Currently, Kuang Hong is a Corporate Finance and Strategy Intern at an Indonesian FMCG startup. Outside of school, Kuang Hong enjoys doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art that focuses on submission grappling.

Sun Hanchen
Hanchen is a third-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc(Econs)), with a second major in Data Science & Analytics. He is a recipient of the SMU Global Impact Scholarship and topped the Economics freshman cohort for AY2019/2020. Passionate about travelling, the wide range of nationalities Hanchen was exposed to on his backpacking trips influenced him to join SMU Emerging Markets to research the world from a business and finance perspective. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he is doing an internship at a Fixed Income Fund Management firm. Outside of academics, Hanchen advocates for sustainability and enjoys photography, and can be found conducting research on replanting Brazil's rainforests or exploring our tiny island with tripod and camera.

Brennen Tan
Brennen is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at the Singapore Management University. He was placed on the Dean's List for AY 2020/21. He is currently interning as an Investment Banking Summer Intern at Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore. Outside of his role at SMU Emerging Markets, Brennen is also an active member of SMU Floorball and SMUX Diving and enjoys engaging in travels and photography.

Wang Qiang
Wang Qiang is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at Singapore Management University. He is a recipient of the SMU Glencore Scholarship 2021 and was placed on the Dean's List for AY 2020/21. During summer 2021, he interned as a Corporate Finance Intern under JLB Alliance.
Director - Emerging Europe
Jonathan Tan
Jonathan is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) and Bachelor of Information Systems (BSc(IS)) at the Singapore Management University. He is a recipient of the Lee Kong Chian Scholars' Programme. During his first semester, his team finished as a Top 5 Finalist for the PIVOT 2020 Business Case Competition. Jonathan has an interest in photography and looks forward to capturing the less explored regions of the world. He is currently interning as a Digital Projects Intern at TrueVA Capital, focusing on data analytics.

Leong Chi Yui
Chi Yui is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at Singapore Management University. He is a project leader of Project Hue Hope 12, which aims to educate disadvantaged students from Quang Thanh Primary School in Hue, Vietnam through virtual means with interactive methods, and to better equip local educators with the necessary teaching packages. Outside of academics, Chi Yui enjoys travelling and film photography. He is currently interning as an Investment Analyst at P.I.P Partners.

Marc Hoo
Marc is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at Singapore Management University. Over the last semester term, he was a volunteer for Project RLIS (Rotary Learning Institute, Singapore) as a business development analyst to build the institute’s visibility to a targeted audience and produce KPIs through sales closure. In 2020, Marc interned at the Ministry of Law as a Human Resource officer and is currently interning at Ninja Van as a Retail Operations Intern.
Director - Middle East & Africa
James Dang
James is a third-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at the Singapore Management University, double majoring in Quantitative Finance and Finance. He was placed on the Dean's List for AY 2019/20. He has previously interned at Asia Alternative Holdings as a Private Equity Intern and is currently interning at Hengli Petrochemical as a Middle Distillates Oil Analyst.
Director - Southeast Asia
Hur Sang Yoon
Sang Yoon is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) at Singapore Management University. He has a strong passion for teaching and enjoys volunteering to provide additional academic help to the less-privileged. During summer 2021, Sang Yoon interned at a tech firm that works in the global video games industry. In his free time, Sang Yoon enjoys playing a wide variety of sports, such as football and golf.
